Day 86 of Firsts: Meditate 20 Minutes

    apologies to all. somehow Friday’s First didn’t get posted last night. Probably blogger (me) error.

11PM Friday

It’s been such a hectic,stressful week, I needed to do a simple First today.  My daughter suggested meditating. (I really don’t know how to meditate)

The problem is just sitting still for twenty minutes is tough, much less getting my mind to be quiet.

Just look at me. ( My husband took this video) Don’t I look like I’m stressed out trying to destress?

The candle was a nice touch, right?  Anyway, at the end of twenty minutes I almost fell asleep.  I guess that’s a good thing.

Happy it’s the weekend.
